  • What Vehicles can I drive with an Automatic Licence?

When you pass the practical driving test and obtain your provisional licence in an automatic car you can only drive cars with an automatic transmission. You may drive all automatic cars unless restricted due to insurance reasons. You must also adhere to restrictions for P plate drivers – see www.tmr.qld.gov.au for more information.
